Simple but satisfying |
Bahan-bahan (untuk 5 keping kepak ayam)
1/2 biji bawang besar
4 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
2 batang serai (dihiris halus)
2 sudu makan serbuk cili
1 sudu makan kunyit
1 sudu makan ketumbar
1 sudu teh jintan kasar
1 sudu teh jintan manis
1 sudu teh gula
1 sudu makan tepung jagung
2 tangkai daun kari (digunting kecil-kecil)
garam
Ingredients: (for 5 mid joints)
Medium sized onion (use only half)
4 cloves garlic
1 inch ginger
2 stalk lemongrass (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoon red chili powder
1 tablespoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 teaspoon fennel powder
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon sugar
1 tablespoon corn flour
2 stalk curry leaves (shredded)
pinch of salt
Cara-caranya / Instructions:
Gambar ayam yang diperap sebelum digaul rata / Chicken marinade |
Kisar semua bahan-bahan kecuali daun kari kemudian perapkan dengan ayam selama 3-4 jam. Goreng sehingga garing.
Blend all ingredients together except for the curry leaves, marinate 3-4 hours, deep fry till golden brown.
