Creamy Mashed Potato

A very easy mashed potato recipe

8 medium sized potatoes - diced and boiled
Knorr's beef cube (half only)
100ml light cooking cream
2 slices cheddar cheese


Strain the potato, pour in the cream and add in the beef cube and cheese till dissolved. Strain potatoes again and blend adding a bit of the cream mixture if you think the potatoes are too thick. Note that the mashed potato will be slightly thicker when cooled.
